MASSAGE FAQ
Please arrive well-hydrated and at least 5–10 minutes early for consultation. Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid eating a heavy meal just before your session.
You undress to your comfort level. Clients are always properly draped during the session, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
That’s completely up to you! Some clients enjoy chatting, while others prefer silence. Your therapist will follow your lead.
This depends on your goals. For general wellness and stress relief, once a month is great. If you're addressing chronic pain or recovering from injury, more frequent sessions may be recommended.
FACIAL & SKINCARE FAQ
Please arrive well-hydrated and at least 5–10 minutes early for consultation. Wear comfortable clothing, and arrive with clean skin if possible. Avoid exfoliating, waxing, tanning, or using retinol 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Some redness is normal, especially after extractions or active treatments, but it should subside within a few hours. We always use soothing products to calm the skin post-treatment.
It’s best to let your skin breathe for the rest of the day. If needed, you can apply light, mineral-based makeup.
We recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin, or seasonally to address changing skin needs.
ENERGETICS AND REIKI FAQ
Reiki may help reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, support emotional well-being, and promote an overall sense of balance. Many people also use Reiki alongside traditional healthcare as complementary support for recovery and wellness.
During your session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair. The practitioner uses light touch or places their hands slightly above the body to channel energy. Most clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing, often feeling warmth, tingling, or a gentle sense of release.
Reiki does not require belief or specific spiritual practices. It is not affiliated with any religion. Clients of all backgrounds benefit from Reiki, regardless of their personal beliefs.
Come in comfortable clothing and with an open mind. You may want to set an intention for your session (such as stress relief or clarity) but it isn’t required. Drink water beforehand and give yourself time afterward to relax and integrate the experience.
Each person is unique. Some feel noticeable effects after one session, while others choose regular sessions to support ongoing balance and healing. We can discuss your goals and create a plan that fits your needs.
Experiences vary. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or waves of relaxation, while others simply feel peaceful and calm. Even if you don’t feel sensations, Reiki is still working at a subtle level.
